Hot on the heels of the completion of 8 Adamson Road, Simat purchased a delightful property in Langland Gardens. This was converted into 4 three bedroom luxury apartments, each with either a private garden or a terrace overlooking 4 acres of communal gardens. The communal gardens were for the sole use of the residents of Langland Gardens. Historical details of this development are sketchy as no brochure was commissioned.
