Developments from the year 2000 onward
37a Redington Road
The newly built Redington House has been sympathetically designed by Brod Wight Architects to compliment the classic Victorian and Edwardian architecture of the area. The traditional design is complemented by generous living accommodation finished to the highest of standards combining bespoke contemporary design with traditional craftsmanship.
The development comprises four apartments, each in excess of 2000 square feet, offering lateral accommodation characterised by high ceilings and a light south-westerly aspect.
Location
Hampstead Village has much to offer with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, array of local shops and almost 800 acres of open heathland. Located less than 5 miles north of Marble Arch, the West End can be accessed readily from Hampstead (Northern Line-Edgware Branch) Underground station in the village.
Redington Road is considered to be one of the most prestigious roads in the area located just to the west of the village off Frognal, and runs in a northwesterly direction to West Heath Road.
