59 Eton Avenue

A most prestigious detached Hampstead villa, close to Swiss Cottage, was remodelled by Simat Properties and extended into the roof and rear garden to create two 1750sqft family maisonettes each with 80' rear gardens and three further 2 and 3 bedroomed flats each with private terraces.

Excerpts from the Brochure produced at the time

The imposing detached Victorian residence at 59 Eton Avenue, London NW3, a Grade II Listed property originally designed by Harry Measures and built to exacting standards in 1889 by the renowned master builder William Willett, has been painstakingly divided into five self-contained luxury apartments.

Many of the ornate features of the house have been preserved, including elegant high ceilinged reception rooms, stained glass windows and ornate fireplaces. Special features such as the cornicework, mouldings and architrave have been faithfully reproduced. The Victorian splendour thus preserved has been complemented by up-to-date standards of comfort and convenience.

Simat Properties Limited are long-established and well-respected in the NW3 development market. As an honourable family-run company, their main emphasis is placed on quality of product. With their entire efforts concentrated on only one project at a time, close attention can be paid to all stages of the conversion process, with the same high standards applying to the basic construction work as to the fine finishing details.
