Simat Properties, the 80's and NW3

Simat Properties embarked upon property development in Hampstead and the NW3 area towards the middle of the 1980's. During the 80's Simat converted 4 period properties in Camden's conservation area to the highest of standards. All of the properties were conversions from single family dwellings to multiple luxury apartments.
